Victoria Toli is a Greek-American entrepreneur and co-founder of FINNY AI, an artificial intelligence-powered prospecting and marketing platform designed for independent financial advisors. She serves as President of the company, which she co-founded in 2024 alongside Eden Ovadia and Theodore Janson. FINNY AI was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch and is based in New York City.[1]
Early life and education
Toli grew up in Greece and moved to the United States to attend Stanford University, where she studied Symbolic Systems with a focus in artificial intelligence. She is also a published author on the subject of Greece's contribution to mathematics.[2]
Career
Before co-founding FINNY AI, Toli worked as a Product Manager at Uber, where she led membership growth for Uber One. She was also selected as a Kleiner Perkins Fellow.
In 2024, Toli co-founded FINNY AI with Eden Ovadia and Theodore Janson. The company describes itself as "the OS for independent financial advisors," with a primary focus on solving the client acquisition problem that independent advisors face. According to the company, the organic growth process for financial advisors is highly inefficient, with advisors often spending approximately 60 hours on business development to convert a single new client.[1]
FINNY AI's platform uses machine learning to aggregate and analyze data points on potential prospects, ranking them with a proprietary scoring system based on predicted likelihood of conversion for each advisor-prospect pair. The platform also tracks major life events—such as home purchases, job changes, inheritances, and retirements—to identify moments when prospects may be most receptive to financial advisory services. Additionally, the platform automates outreach and meeting scheduling, including multi-channel campaigns with LinkedIn integration.[2]
Toli has described the startup as "Hinge for financial advisors," drawing a parallel to the dating application's matching approach. In December 2025, FINNY AI raised a $17 million Series A funding round led by Venrock to expand its platform. The company has also partnered with Integrated Partners, a firm managing approximately $22 billion in assets.
