Janson co-founded FINNY AI in 2024 alongside Victoria Toli and Eden Ovadia.[2] The company describes itself as "the OS for independent financial advisors" and focuses on helping advisors grow their client base through AI-driven tools.[3]
FINNY AI addresses what the company identifies as a significant inefficiency in the organic growth process for financial advisors, noting that advisors often spend approximately 60 hours on business development to convert a single new client. The platform uses machine learning to analyze large volumes of data and provides advisors with several core capabilities: identifying prospects within a target niche by aggregating thousands of data points per lead, prioritizing prospects based on a predicted likelihood of conversion unique to each advisor-prospect pair, and automating outreach and meeting scheduling with high-priority prospects.[1]
A key feature of the platform is its tracking of major life events — such as home purchases, job changes, inheritances, and retirements — to identify moments when a prospect may be most receptive to financial advisory services, a concept the company refers to as "money in motion."[3]
