Danylo Borodchuk is a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur and software engineer who is the co-founder and chief operating officer (COO) of Lopus AI, an artificial intelligence-powered growth analytics platform. The company was part of the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch.[1]
Career
Early career
Prior to founding Lopus AI, Borodchuk held software and product leadership roles at the Dartmouth Technical Consulting Group and the DALI Lab, both affiliated with Dartmouth College. At the DALI Lab, he directed the creation of an AI-based quantitative trading simulator and contributed to an AR/VR medical training simulation focused on airway training in emergency room settings. The medical simulation project received the John G. Kemeny Prize.[2]
According to a LinkedIn post, Borodchuk left college before completing his degree to focus on building Lopus AI.

Borodchuk co-founded Lopus AI alongside Aamish Ahmad Beg. The company is based in San Francisco, California, and operates in the B2B, analytics, and AI sectors.[3]
Lopus AI is a growth analytics platform designed to unify data from disparate business tools—including CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, billing platforms like Stripe, product analytics tools such as PostHog, and accounting software like QuickBooks—into a single governed workspace. The platform uses an agentic semantic layer that understands company-specific definitions and joins data across marketing, CRM, billing, and product sources. It is designed to deliver answers with data lineage tracing back to original sources, allowing founders, go-to-market teams, and product leaders to understand what drives pipeline and revenue without relying on ad-hoc requests to data teams.
