Voker provides tools for monitoring and improving conversational AI agents, enabling companies to transform conversation insights into optimizations without manually reviewing logs.[1]

Early life and education

Postle attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he studied from 2013 to 2017. During his time at UCSB, he served as an undergraduate researcher and held the position of Chief Operations Officer of the university's Entrepreneur's Association.

Career

Before founding Voker, Postle built a career in data science and analytics leadership. He held several roles at Lull, a direct-to-consumer mattress company, progressing from Senior Data Science Manager to Director of Data Science and ultimately Vice President of Technology and Analytics. He subsequently worked at AppFolio, where he served as Director of Data Science & Analytics for Payments, Screenings, and Insurance, and later as Director of Business Data Science & Analytics.

Postle and his co-founder Alex met at a high-growth e-commerce startup where Postle was responsible for technology and data. Together, they built AI products that helped bootstrap the company profitably to $100 million in revenue.[1]

Voker

Postle co-founded Voker to address the challenges that small and medium-sized businesses face in adopting AI technology. The platform is designed to allow product teams to build, monitor, and improve AI agents without requiring specialized AI engineering resources. Voker offers a software development kit (SDK) that companies use to gain analytics on their conversational AI agents. Customers include Dutch.com.[2]

The company operates in the developer tools, generative AI, analytics, and big data sectors. Voker is based in Los Angeles, and Postle is based in San Francisco.
