Sylvanus Mahe is an Ivorian entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Flott HQ, an AI-native operating system for vehicle fleet management. The company was accepted into the Y Combinator X25 (Spring 2025) batch.[1]
Career
Mahe co-founded Flott HQ alongside Kanvaly Fadiga, who serves as co-founder and chief technology officer (CTO). Both founders are of Ivorian origin and are based in Paris, France.[2]
Flott HQ is a fleet management platform that unifies planning, tracking, invoicing, and payments into a single control center. The platform connects telematics and business systems, enriches raw data signals into operational events, and automates workflows across fleet, equipment, and site operations. A core feature of the platform is its use of artificial intelligence agents that can take autonomous actions on behalf of fleet operators, such as dispatching vehicles, monitoring maintenance schedules, and providing real-time visibility across operations.[3]
The company positions itself as addressing complexity in fleet operations, where transport companies often rely on fragmented tools and incomplete data. Flott HQ aims to consolidate these systems into a unified platform, providing operators with more accurate and complete fleet data to support decision-making, cost reduction, and asset security. The platform's client base includes operational teams working with ride-hailing and logistics services.
Mahe officially launched Flott HQ publicly in May 2025, coinciding with the company's participation in Y Combinator's X25 batch. The company was among ten French-connected startups selected for the Spring 2025 cohort.[4]
Prior to founding Flott HQ, Mahe demonstrated an interest in artificial intelligence and natural language processing; a 2021 publication on his Medium account discussed automatic text summarisation techniques.[5]
