Summer Cook is an American kinesiologist and Associate Professor of Kinesiology at the University of New Hampshire in Durham.[1] Her research focuses on skeletal muscle function, blood-flow restricted exercise, and mobility in older adults.

Cook has served as Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of New Hampshire since 2009.[2]
