Early life and education

Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where he studied from August 2019 to May 2023.

Career

Singh co-founded Sennu AI alongside Sriman Gaddam. The company originally focused on AI-driven code review for Salesforce development, designed to review every pull request with the full context of a customer's Salesforce codebase, functioning in a manner comparable to a senior Salesforce architect. The product operates in the artificial intelligence, generative AI, SaaS, and B2B sectors.[1]

The company has since expanded its scope to position itself as an AI-native Salesforce consulting and operations firm. Sennu AI offers end-to-end delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and Salesforce's Agentforce platform. Services include architecture modernization, automation and integration design, Agentforce use-case development, and post-launch adoption tracking. The company is an official Salesforce partner.[2]

Sennu AI's engagement model involves aligning on measurable outcomes with clients, executing work in short delivery cycles, and continuing involvement after release to improve adoption and business impact. Among the company's early clients was Brainbase Labs, a Y Combinator Winter 2024 company, for which Sennu AI designed and deployed a Salesforce foundation and core automations.[2]
