Robert Lukoszko is an entrepreneur and software engineer known as the founder and CEO of Stormy AI, an artificial intelligence platform that automates influencer marketing. The company participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.[1]

Career

Prior to founding Stormy AI, Lukoszko co-founded Fixkey AI, a consumer-focused AI startup that was subsequently acquired.[2] He also previously participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2022 batch with ngrow.ai, a big data engineering startup, where he gained experience in machine learning and backend engineering.[3] He has also received an Apple Award for startup innovation.[4]

Lukoszko founded Stormy AI to address inefficiencies in the influencer marketing industry. The platform uses artificial intelligence to automate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure. According to the company, its AI can identify relevant influencers with high accuracy, automatically send personalized emails and follow-ups, and negotiate partnership terms on behalf of marketers.[5]

In addition to its core AI agent capabilities, Stormy AI offers CreatorPay, a payments infrastructure product that enables businesses to pay creators across 179 countries through various methods including bank transfers, cryptocurrency, PayPal, Venmo, and local payment options. The platform also provides compliance features such as automated 1099 tax filing, identity verification, and background checks.[6]

The company is categorized within the artificial intelligence, SaaS, B2B, and marketing sectors. In August 2025, music industry publication Music Ally covered Stormy AI's use of artificial intelligence in planning influencer campaigns.[7]

In October 2025, Lukoszko appeared on the AI Tinkerers "One-Shot" podcast, where he discussed his journey from building viral AI demos to Y Combinator, as well as technical topics including the use of AI-assisted development tools and the challenges of building AI applications that integrate with operating systems.[8]
