Early life and education
Allie attended Stuyvesant High School in New York City. He went on to study at the Cornell University College of Engineering, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, completing his studies between 2023 and 2025. During his time at Cornell, he conducted research in queuing theory in 2024.[2]
Career
Before founding Spotlight Realty, Allie held several internships in technology and engineering. In 2021, he interned at Apple. In 2022, he worked as a development intern at Exquisite Stair Builders Corporation. From 2023 to 2024, he served as a machine learning intern at BlackPrint Technologies, a proptech company.[3]
In 2025, Allie co-founded Spotlight Realty. The company positions itself as a technology-driven alternative to traditional real estate brokerages in the New York City rental market, offering services that include professional photography, virtual tour creation, home staging, and listing distribution across major real estate platforms. Central to the company's model is an AI agent that handles tenant inquiries around the clock, screens potential renters, manages scheduling, and provides offer analysis tools for landlords. The platform also includes features such as side-by-side offer comparison and AI-driven analysis of lease terms and contingencies.[4]
