Jesse Suter is an American psychologist and academic at the University of Vermont, where he serves as Executive Director of the Center on Disability and Community Inclusion.[1] He is known for his research on the wraparound process for children with emotional and behavioral disorders and on inclusive education for students with disabilities.[2]

Education

Suter received a Master of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2000.[3] He earned a PhD in Psychology from the University of Vermont in 2006.[4]

Career

Suter joined the University of Vermont's Department of Education as a Research Assistant Professor, a position he held from 2005 to 2017.[5] In 2017, he was promoted to Research Associate Professor in the same department.[6] He also served as Interim Executive Director of the university's Center on Disability and Community Inclusion from 2017 to 2018, before being appointed Executive Director of the center in 2018.[7]
