Jeffrey Arsenault
Jeffrey David Arsenault (born c. 1963) is an American investment executive, entrepreneur, and philanthropist based in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. He is the Founder and CEO of Greenwich Global Advisors, a strategic advisory and investment firm, and the Founder and Managing Partner of OGCP Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on artificial intelligence, industrial technology, and fintech.
Arsenault has over three decades of experience in alternative investments, private equity, co-investment partnerships, and international deal structuring. His career has spanned institutional sales at major firms including Merrill Lynch and CIBC World Markets, fund of funds management, and venture capital.
Early life and education
Jeffrey David Arsenault grew up in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. He attended Boston University, graduating from the School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1985 (MET '85). During his time at BU, he was a member of the Division I men's soccer team.
Career
Early career
Arsenault began his career at Gordon Capital in institutional sales, spending five years developing expertise in capital markets. He subsequently moved to CIBC World Markets, where he continued in institutional sales and investment roles, gaining experience in cross-border transactions.
Merrill Lynch
Arsenault spent 13 years at Merrill Lynch as Director of Institutional Sales, building deep relationships across the institutional investor landscape and developing expertise in capital markets and investment product distribution. His tenure at Merrill Lynch represented the longest single-firm period of his career and established his reputation in institutional finance.
Paradigm Capital
As a Partner at Paradigm Capital, Inc., Arsenault was responsible for launching and establishing the U.S. presence for the Canadian investment boutique, demonstrating his ability to build investment operations across international borders.
Old Greenwich Capital Partners
In 2005, Arsenault founded Old Greenwich Capital Partners (OGCP), a globally sophisticated, customizable multi-manager platform in the hedge fund industry. OGCP specialized in hedge fund manager selection, asset allocation, and risk management, offering a Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) platform. The firm focused on identifying alpha-generating managers with aligned risk and reward parameters. OGCP maintained offices in New York City on Madison Avenue and later at 1345 Avenue of the Americas.
Arsenault also founded and served as Managing Member of the General Partner for the OGCP Four Seasons Fund, L.P., a limited partnership registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2015.
Sound Point Capital
Arsenault served as an Independent Board Member and Audit Committee member for the Sound Point Floating Rate Income Fund, bringing his investment management expertise to fund governance and oversight. His involvement with Sound Point was documented in SEC filings from 2012 through 2014.
Greenwich Global Advisors
Arsenault founded Greenwich Global Advisors (GGA) as a strategic advisory firm providing advisory services and investment management focused on cross-border capital formation and growth-stage ventures. The firm works with institutional investors and family offices on innovative private-market solutions and international deal structuring.
OGCP Ventures
As Founder and Managing Partner of OGCP Ventures, Arsenault focuses on early- and growth-stage investment opportunities in artificial intelligence, industrial technology, and fintech. OGCP Ventures leverages deep sector expertise and a global network to identify and support high-potential companies at critical growth inflection points.
The Rewired Human Project
Arsenault is the creator of The Rewired Human Project, a platform focused on reflection, disciplined thinking, and self-awareness. He is currently authoring The Mentor Inside of You, a book exploring themes of personal development and mentorship.
