Erin Frey is an American organisational scholar and assistant professor at the Yale School of Management. Research
Frey's work addresses what actually helps people rebuild a professional identity after a crisis, and the role that narrative and community play in that process. She has collaborated with the White Collar Support Group on a study of professional and personal restoration.[1][2]
Frey presented to the White Collar Support Group's Tuesday Night Speaker Series on March 18, 2025.[1]
