Derrick Xin is an American entrepreneur and co-founder of Fractal Labs, a startup working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and gaming. Fractal Labs was part of Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch.[1]
Career
Before founding Fractal Labs, Xin worked at Google Research and on Google's ad ranking systems.[2] He studied applied mathematics at Stanford University and Princeton University.
Xin co-founded Fractal Labs alongside Alan Du and Jason Cai. The company describes itself as "a team of researchers (ex Google Research) and engineers (ex Google, Virtu) pushing the frontier in AI x Gaming."
