Daniel Siryakov is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief executive officer of Acolite, a software company that builds AI-powered tools for insurance agency operations. Acolite is backed by Y Combinator as part of its Spring 2025 batch and is based in New York City.[1]
Career
Prior to founding Acolite, Siryakov worked as an AI product manager and as a machine learning engineer building systematic investment strategies.[2] He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.[3] He has described areas of specialization including C++, financial analysis, global macro strategy, options, and portfolio management.[4]
Siryakov co-founded Acolite in 2024 alongside Barak Ben Noon. The company develops AI agents designed to function as virtual teammates within insurance agencies, automating repetitive operational workflows so that human staff can focus on client relationships and advisory work. Acolite's AI agents handle tasks such as issuing certificates of insurance (COIs) with correct holder language, processing insurance submissions to carriers, mapping statements of values (SOVs), comparing quotes from multiple carriers, and synchronizing data across agency management systems (AMS).[5]
The company's product is designed to integrate with existing agency management systems. Users can forward an email to Acolite, and the AI handles the downstream processing. The platform aims to allow insurance agencies to scale their operations without adding headcount or relying on virtual assistants.
As of late 2025, Acolite had three employees and was actively hiring, including for a software engineering internship based in New York.[6]
