Corey Anderson is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Bystreet, an AI-powered deal sourcing platform for the hospitality industry. Bystreet was part of the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch and is based in San Francisco, California.[1]
Career
Anderson graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, completing his studies in 2024. Prior to founding Bystreet, he worked in business development at Datasite, a technology company serving the mergers and acquisitions industry, in 2024.
Anderson co-founded Bystreet alongside Charlie Maki. The company operates as a software as a service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-driven deal sourcing tools to development teams at hotel brands, operators, and vendors targeting the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) market.[2] The platform offers a comprehensive database covering more than 17,000 hotels in the region, including ownership details, contact information, and market visibility data.
Bystreet's core functionality enables users to identify prospective deals by searching and filtering through property records, owner information, and key contacts at hotel groups. The platform provides phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and email addresses for relevant decision-makers at target properties. It also offers market intelligence features that allow users to track competitor activity, monitor development pipelines in specific markets, and identify emerging opportunities. The company states that its database includes over 20,000 key contacts.
The platform is positioned within the proptech and B2B SaaS sectors. By aggregating hospitality market data that development teams would otherwise need to compile manually, Bystreet aims to reduce the time and effort associated with prospecting in the CALA hotel market.
Bystreet is backed by Y Combinator and Script Capital.[2]
