Brian Cuban is an American lawyer, author and speaker, and one of the most widely recognised voices on addiction and recovery within the legal profession. He is the author of The Addicted Lawyer: Tales of the Bar, Booze, Blow, and Redemption. He is the younger brother of businessman Mark Cuban.[1]

Advocacy

Cuban writes and speaks about the relationship between high-pressure professional environments and substance use, and about the particular obstacles facing high-achieving people who develop addictions. Much of his work addresses recovery, professional identity and the process of rebuilding a life and a career after a personal collapse.[1]

Cuban presented to the White Collar Support Group's Tuesday Night Speaker Series on December 10, 2024.[1]
