Ansh Gupta is an American entrepreneur and co-founder of Haleum, a startup developing human risk intelligence tools for the AI era. The company is a member of the Y Combinator Winter 2025 (W25) batch.[1]
Early life and education
Gupta attended Washington High School from 2018 to 2022. He subsequently enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with an expected completion date of 2025.[2]
Career
Before founding Haleum, Gupta held several roles across engineering, research, and nonprofit leadership. From 2019 to 2024, he was involved with the Shooting Stars Foundation, initially serving as California President (2019–2020), then as President (2020–2022), and later as a Youth Board Member (2022–2024).[3]
In 2023, Gupta worked as a Research Assistant with a Computational Physics Group. In 2024, he completed an internship as a Systems Modelling Engineering Intern at Zipline, a logistics and delivery drone company.[4]
Haleum
In 2025, Gupta co-founded Haleum, which positions itself as a provider of "Human Risk Intelligence" for the AI era. The company was accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2025 batch. According to Haleum's website, the founding team includes members with prior experience at companies such as Uber, JPMorgan Chase, NASA, and AMD.[5] The company is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.[6]
