Adam Young is an American business executive who founded Ringba, a pay-per-call and call-tracking analytics software company, and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2015.[1] He is not to be confused with the musician of the same name known for the project Owl City. Young resides in Miami, Florida.[2]
Early life and education
Young studied computer software engineering at the University of Michigan, in the class of 1999.[3] According to his instructor biography, he lived in the university's dormitories and taught software development and web programming classes while still in his early teens, before going on to a career in performance marketing and technology.[3]
Career
Ringba
Young founded Ringba, based in Dover, Delaware, and has led the company as Chief Executive Officer since 2015.[1] Ringba describes itself as a privately held, self-funded software company with more than 100 team members, providing call-tracking and analytics services that route and report on inbound sales and marketing phone calls for advertisers and call centers in the pay-per-call industry.[4] Harrison Gevirtz has been identified in public profiles as the company's Chief Strategy Officer.[5]
Young has appeared as a speaker and podcast guest at industry conferences on pay-per-call marketing and business strategy, and is credited as an instructor on call-tracking and performance-marketing topics.[3]
