William B. Cassel


William B. Cassel is certainly a judge from the Nebraska Supreme Courtroom, representing Nebraska’s Third Judicial Region. Cassel was appointed towards the courtroom on Apr 26, 2012 by Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman, filling up a posture made vacant with the session of John M. Gerrard to america District Courtroom for the Region of Nebraska. Ahead of his session, Cassel is at personal practice in Ainsworth, Nebraska from 1979 to 1992, proved helpful for twelve years as an area judge, and offered in the Nebraska Courtroom of Appeals from 2003 to 2012. He’s a fellow from the Nebraska State Club Base and of the American Club Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Research from the School of Nebraska in 1977, earning him the difference of Order from the Coif and his Juris Doctor cum laude from School of Nebraska University of Rules in 1979.
