Early career in real estate
Prior to founding Pares AI, Wang worked in the commercial real estate industry. He reportedly managed a fund exceeding $500 million in assets at Motiva Holdings, where he led 39 multifamily projects across California, North Carolina, and Florida. His experience encompassed deal underwriting, asset management, and broker relationship management.[2]

Wang co-founded Pares AI, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, to address inefficiencies he observed in commercial real estate brokerage workflows. The company's platform consolidates multiple stages of the brokerage process — prospecting, deal tracking, underwriting, and marketing — into a single product.[3]

- Tools for building target property lists, skip-tracing, and managing outbound calls
