Career
Karingula founded Agentin AI to address the complexity of coordinating work across multiple enterprise software systems. The company builds AI agents that move data and execute actions across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics. Rather than offering one-off automations, Agentin AI focuses on end-to-end enterprise workflows, particularly Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.[2]
A central challenge the company addresses is that enterprises heavily customize their software systems, making cross-system automation difficult to build and maintain. According to the company, Agentin AI's agents are trained using reinforcement learning techniques that allow them to learn and adapt from failures, enabling them to operate reliably across varied and customized enterprise environments.[3]
The platform functions as what the company describes as "the intelligence layer on your enterprise software." Its agents are designed to watch for events such as orders, purchase orders, invoices, tickets, and approvals across systems; detect issues including errors, delays, duplicates, pricing discrepancies, and policy violations; and then take or propose actions such as holding orders, canceling duplicate purchase orders, escalating invoices, or notifying stakeholders. The system maintains a human-in-the-loop approach, where agents propose actions with explanations and human operators decide whether to approve or fully automate them.[4]
Early pilot results reported by the company for its Quote-to-Cash workflow include a reduction in cycle time from 45 days to 18 days, a decrease in error rates from 12% to 0.5%, and an 83% reduction in manual work. As of early 2025, the company's Procure-to-Pay workflow was in beta with select design partners.[5]
The company targets finance leaders, revenue teams, and operations professionals who manage complex workflows spanning multiple enterprise systems. Agentin AI is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
