Kyle Reagan is an American entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief executive officer of Chrt, a transportation management system (TMS) platform designed for time-critical logistics. The company is backed by Y Combinator.[1]
Career
Prior to founding Chrt, Reagan worked as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, the global management consulting firm, where he was involved in data analysis and the development of strategic recommendations for clients across various industries. Earlier in his career, he gained engineering experience as an intern in a technical role.[2]
Reagan co-founded Chrt, which serves as an all-in-one platform for shippers, couriers, and freight forwarders operating in time-sensitive logistics. The platform enables shippers — particularly those in medical devices, life sciences, and manufacturing — to track orders across W2 drivers, couriers, and forwarders from a single interface. For freight forwarders handling air, ground, and ocean logistics, Chrt provides carrier management, automated dispatch, and shipment tracking. Couriers offering same-day and last-mile delivery can use the platform to dispatch faster, track drivers in real time, and automate invoicing.[3]
A central feature of the platform is a unified API that allows users to connect with all of their carriers, eliminating reliance on phone calls and emails. Users can define custom milestones, assign orders to carriers, share live location data and estimated times of arrival with shippers, and manage payments based on custom rate sheets.[4]
Chrt is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Reagan is based in San Clemente, California.[5]
