Soon-Mi Chung (given birth to 22 Feb 1952) is normally a Southern Korean-born Norwegian musician (viola, violin) and music director.

Chung is a music instructor on the Barratt Thanks Institute of Music and artistic movie director of Barratt Dues Juniororkester. She got her musical education on the Conservatory of Music in Paris, Menuhin Music Academy and SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Conservatory, and debuted in Oslo in 1982.
