Neil Andrew Carter (given birth to 11 Might 1958) is certainly a musician who spent some time working in different genres throughout his 35-season career. Classically educated, he became a specialist rock and roll musician at age 17 and originally had his initial “mainstream” knowledge with singer-songwriter Gilbert O’Sullivan. He eventually played electric guitar and key pad for the hard rock-band UFO, blues rock and roll guitarist Gary Moore, and Outrageous Horses. He’s acknowledged for co-writing several Gary Moore’s music including the world-wide hit “Clear Areas”. At 30 he remaining the rock and roll world and offers lately created a different profession as both instructor of woodwind (saxophone and clarinet) so that as an ABRSM examiner. 2010 noticed a go back to rock and roll with Gary Moore, playing celebrations across European countries and a tour of Ukraine and Russia. Long term trips and a Celtic rock and roll album were to check out but this is curtailed from the loss of life of Gary Moore in Feb 2011. Brighton College career

He taught at Brighton University, from January 1993 keeping the positioning of "Head of Woodwind and Brass". He trained one-on-one lessons on clarinet and saxophone. Neil was the conductor of the institution Concert Music group, and the institution Saxophone Outfit and business lead the School's Golf swing Band. Neil still left Brighton University in June 2014 to go right down to his house in Lanzarote. He'll continue his are an examiner for ABRSM.
