Mylanie Barré (given birth to July 25, 1979) is a Canadian sprint kayaker that has competed because the mid-2000s. She earned a bronze medal in the K-2 1000 m event in the 2003 ICF Canoe Sprint Globe Championships in Gainesville. Barré also competed in two Summer season Olympics, earning her best end of seventh in the K-2 500 m event in Athens in 2004. Created in Budapest, Hungary, her parents also competed in the summertime Olympics. Barré’s dad, Denis, gained his best surface finish of 8th in the K-2 1000 m event at Montreal in 1976. Her mom, Alexandra, earned two medals at LA in 1984 having a silver precious metal in the K-2 500 m and a bronze in the K-4 500 m occasions.
