Mike Chunn

Biography

Michael Jonathan “Mike” Chunn CNZM (given birth to 8 June 1952 in London) is a previous member of the brand new Zealand bands Divide Enz and Resident Music group. He performed alongside his sibling Geoff Chunn in both rings. Chunn spent eleven years seeing that Movie director of New Zealand functions for the Australasian Executing Best Association (APRA), retiring in the role by the end of Oct 2003. He’s presently CEO of Play It Unusual Trust which he founded in Apr 2004. He provides published many books, like the Divide Enz biography: Stranger Than Fiction. In the 2002 Queen’s Birthday Honours, Chunn was appointed an Officer of the brand new Zealand Order of Merit, for companies to music. He was marketed to Companion from the same purchase, for providers to music and mental wellness understanding, in the 2015 New Calendar year Honours. In 2016, he was offered a Scroll of Honour in the Variety Artists Membership of Brand-new Zealand for services to Brand-new Zealand entertainment.
