Klaus Uwe Benneter

Education and early life

Benneter was created in Karlsruhe. After completing SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Karlsruhe in 1966, Benneter analyzed legislation, economics and politics science in the Free of charge University or college of Berlin from, moving examinations in 1971 and 1974. Political career

Expelled through the SPD in 1977, he rejoined in 1983 and offered as treasurer from 1990 to 1996 and thereafter deputy chairman from the Berlin SPD until 2000.From 1999 to 2002, Benneter was an associate from the Berlin House of Representatives. In 2002 he was elected towards the Bundestag representing Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Since November 2005, Benneter can be legal adviser from the SPD parliamentary group. He dropped his constituency chair in the 2005 election but came back towards the parliament like a list member for Berlin area. He contested the Steglitz-Zehlendorf chair again at this year's 2009 election. On 27 Sept, he dropped his mandate, simply missing the go back to the Bundestag via the party list with a few percentage factors, coming to list placement 5.
