Biography

James Victor Dark brown (given birth to 5 June 1935) is a ex – Australian Rugby Union participant who all played for the Wallabies 9 times.

Early life

Brown was created in Sydney and attended Newington University (1947–1951) from where he was selected to try out rugby in the Gps navigation Ist XV. Post college he joined up with Randwick pack as hooker becoming a member of Nick Shehadie.

Representative career

At age twenty Brown was selected to symbolize Fresh South Wales against Queensland. The next year he performed in his 1st check match against South Africa. He retired from representative rugby following the 1957–58 Australia rugby union tour of Britain, Ireland and France. He was known for his fiery character and was using one event was delivered off during teaching from the Australian trainer, Denis Cowper, a fellow Aged Newingtonian.
