Issandr Un Amrani is a Moroccan-American politics analyst, journalist and commentator, authoring Egypt and the center East for Uk, American and Middle Eastern publications. El Amrani was created in Rabat, Morocco, and has lived in Cairo since 2000. He was an editor from the right now defunct Cairo Instances and co-founder of Cairo journal. From 2007 to 2009 he was the North Africa analyst for the International Problems Group. He was the Cairo correspondent for Middle East International (MEI), and writes for The Economist, the Financial Instances, the London Overview of Books, Foreign Plan, The Country wide, Bidoun and additional magazines. He writes a every week column for Al-Masry Al-Youm, an unbiased Egyptian newspapers. He also frequently appears like a commentator on Middle Eastern affairs on tv, notably on Al-Jazeera British, and conducts personal consulting within the politics of the center East. Un Amrani currently lives in Cairo and Rabat.
