Andrew Law is an American television writer, producer, and actor known for his work in comedy television. He first gained recognition as a writer and actor on the NBC comedy series The Good Place, created by Mike Schur. The Good Place
Andrew Law worked as a writer on the NBC comedy series The Good Place, which was created by Mike Schur and ran from 2016 to 2020. Law was among the creative team that contributed to the show's writing, and he also appeared in an acting capacity on the series.[1][3] His colleague Matt Murray also served as a writer on the series. Dang!
On February 19, 2026, Netflix announced that it had ordered Dang!, an adult animated comedy series co-created by Andrew Law and Matt Murray.[1][2] Mike Schur, who had previously created The Good Place and worked with both Law and Murray, was announced as an executive producer on the project.[3] The series represents a reunion of several members of the creative team behind The Good Place.[3]
Law and Murray serve as co-showrunners of Dang!, overseeing the creative direction of the series.[2][4] In addition to his behind-the-scenes roles as co-creator and co-showrunner, Law is also a member of the voice cast, making Dang! a project in which he occupies multiple creative roles simultaneously.[1][5]
The voice cast of Dang! includes Stephanie Hsu, known for her Academy Award-nominated performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Poppy Liu.[2][5] Along with Law, Hsu and Liu lead the voice cast of the series.[5] The animation for the series is being produced by Titmouse, an animation studio known for its work on numerous adult animated projects.[6]
