Biography

Ian Give Branfoot (given birth to Gateshead, 26 January 1947) can be an British former footballer and supervisor. He played being a defender, and after beginning at Gateshead joined Sheffield Thursday, making his Soccer Group debut in 1965. After 42 mature performances for the membership he still left in 1969-70 for Doncaster Rovers. He produced over 150 Group performances for Rovers, and after shifting to Lincoln Town in 1973-74, he continued to create over 150 group performances for the Imps aswell. Branfoot was supervisor of Reading from 31 January 1984 to 23 Oct 1989,. He must rank as you of Reading’s most effective managers, leading Reading to advertising from Department 4 to Department 3 in 1984 predicated on the good function of Maurice Evans, and promotion from Department 3 to Department 2 as champions in 1986.
