Biography

Heather Jean Chasen (given birth to 20 July 1927) can be an English celebrity. Chasen is well known for her assignments in cleaning soap operas; playing Valerie Pollard in the ITV cleaning soap opera Crossroads from 1982–86 and visitor assignments in Doctors, Holby Town and Family members Affairs. Chasen also performed many assignments in BBC Radio 2’s The Navy Lark from 1959–77, and made an appearance in the tv screen series Marked Personal from 1973–74. She performed Lydia Simmonds in the BBC cleaning soap opera EastEnders, a job which received reviews that are positive from critics, EastEnders ensemble members and staff. Furthermore, she’s appeared thoroughly in theater productions and film; in 2012, she made an appearance within a film edition of Les Misérables.

Early and personal life

Chasen was created on 20 July 1927, in Singapore. Chasen's dad, F.N. Chasen was an British ornithologist, who fought in Globe War I beneath the Norfolk Yeomanry being a trooper. In 1921, he still left England, to just work at the Raffles Library and Museum in Singapore, marrying Chasen's mom, Agnes H McCullock, in 1926.
