Biography

Harold Becker (given birth to Sept 25, 1928) can be an American film director and manufacturer from NY. A number of the movies he has aimed are the Onion Field, Taps, The Increase, Sea of Appreciate, Malice, Town Hall and Mercury Increasing.

After studying art and photography in the Pratt Institute, Becker began his career like a still photographer, but later on tried his hand at directing television commercials, short films and documentaries. Becker produced his feature film debut in 1972 when he aimed The Ragman's Little girl along with Souter Harris.Becker won the Mannheim-Heidelberg International Film Celebration Gold Award for his brief film Ivanhoe Donaldson.
