Biography

Gregory Balsdon (given birth to Oct 9, 1977) is a Canadian curler. He presently skips a group on the Globe Curling Tour.

Curling career

Balsdon was created in Toronto, Ontario. In 1995, Balsdon earned the Ontario Schoolboy tournament for his Don Mills Collegiate Institute group. In 1996, he earned the provincial junior blended title.Balsdon skips among the best groups in Ontario. By 2015, Balsdon provides performed in 9 provincial championships. He initial played on the provincials in 1999, playing for John Bottom (4th place). He still left the bottom rink in 2000 to create his own group He qualified once again in 2002 being a neglect, again completing 4th. His following provincial was the 2005 Ontario Kia Glass, where his rink completed 4th once more. He qualified once again in 2007, where he once more finished 4th in the 2007 TSC Shops Tankard. His following provincial in 2011 will be more successful. In the 2011 provincial tournament, he dropped towards the (after that) five-time defending champ Glenn Howard rink in the ultimate. At that time, Balsdon displayed the one-sheet Loonie Styling Club situated in Chaffeys Hair, Ontario, north of Kingston. Despite representing the golf club, he had just performed there once. The Loonie was built-in 2008, and Balsdon offers displayed it double. Balsdon returned towards the Tankard in 2012, completing linked for 8th.
