Francois Brummer (given birth to 17 Might 1989) is a South African rugby union footballer, currently taking part in Bulls in Super Rugby as well as for Japan Top League part Toyota Sectors Shuttles. His regular playing placement is definitely fly-half, although he offers played fullback sometimes.
