Ethella Chupryk


Ethella Chupryk (Ukrainian: Етелла Чуприк, Etella Chupryk, given birth to 1964) is a Ukrainian pianist and Helper Teacher of piano on the Mykola Lysenko Country wide Music Academy in Lviv, Ukraine.


Chupryk was created in the town of Vynohradiv in the Transcarpathian area of Ukraine right into a large family members. The seventh of ten kids, Chupryk begun to learn to enjoy the piano at age three. By age five she performed her initial public concert executing Chopin's Waltz No. 7 in C sharpened minimal and Schubert's "Serenade".Chupryk continued to review at the Music University in Uzhhorod and upon conclusion her research in 1986 entered the Mykola Lysenko Conservatory in Lviv, where she studied under Maryna Kryh.


Soon after starting her studies in Lviv, Chupryk begun to compete in several international piano competitions. In 1988 she had taken first place on the Mykola Lysenko International Piano Competition. In 1990, she journeyed to Moscow to compete in that which was then referred to as the All-Union Rachmaninov Competition as well as the precursor towards the Sergey Rachmaninov International Piano Competition. Right here she had taken third place. In Sept 1991 she was honored third place on the Franz Liszt International Piano Competition in Budapest.
