Adiyiah originates from Offinso in the Ashanti Area of Ghana.

Club career

Early career

Adiyiah began his soccer career in Feyenoord Ghana. He spent many years in Gomoa Fetteh, where in fact the Academy is situated, before moving to Center of Lions in 2007. After producing his debut in the Ghana Top League using the club located in Kpandu, by the end from the 2007–08 period he was called Most Exciting Participant of the group.

Fredrikstad (2008–2010)

However, in Feb 2012 he was known as back again from Karşıyaka, because of insufficient playing period and loaned to Ukrainian Leading Little league side Arsenal Kyiv. On 25 June 2012, Adiyiah finished a three-year agreement with Arsenal Kyiv, after spending 3 years with AC Milan.


In June 2014, Adiyiah agreed upon for Kazakhstan Top Group side FC Atyrau.

Nakhon Ratchasima

In Feb 2015, Adiyiah authorized for Thai Leading Little league side Nakhon Ratchasima F.C.. After an effective time of year where Nakon Ratchasima reached 8th place Adiyiah announced that he'd be departing the club by the end of his agreement. He later transformed his mind nevertheless and decided to stay at Nakhon Ratchasima for another time of year.

International career

Ghana U-20

Adiyiah began to be called up with the Dark Satellites in 2008, building his debut on 30 March, within a match against Niger, and in addition taking part in the WAFU U-20 Tournament.
