Player stats in PFR David Hoover Barr, Jr. (blessed Might 9, 1972) is normally a previous American soccer quarterback who performed for two periods in the Country wide Football Group (NFL) and Globe Group of American Soccer (WLAF). He performed for the St. Louis Rams in 1995 as well as for the Scottish Claymores in 1997. He was drafted with the Philadelphia Eagles in the 4th round from the 1995 NFL Draft, but didn’t make the group. He played university soccer at California. At California, he gained the Joe Roth prize in 1994. Barr retains the Cal record for highest one season passer ranking (164.5), is sixth in profession passing back yards, fourth in profession passing touchdowns, and fifth in profession total criminal offense. He went to Concord SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Concord, California where he led the soccer team towards the NCS 2A last before shedding to Marin Catholic on the Oakland Coliseum.
