Cherifa Kersit


Cherifa Kersit (1967, Tazrout M’oukhbou), often called Cherifa or the Diva from the Atlasis a Moroccan vocalist in the genre of Tamawayt. Cherifa sings in Central Atlas Tamazight.

Cherifa was created in Tazrout M'oukhbou, around Khenifra in the centre Atlas mountains of Morocco, in a family group of 16 kids.
