Bertil Andersson FAA FIC may be the third Chief executive of Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He assumed the visit on 1 July 2011 and was inaugurated on 25 July 2011. Andersson received his BSc and MSc in Umeå College or university, Sweden, and his PhD and DSc in Lund College or university, Sweden. He began his research profession at Lund College or university, and he became a Teacher of Biochemistry at Stockholm College or university, Sweden, in 1986. From 1996 to 1999, he offered as the Dean from the Faculty of Chemical substance Sciences at Stockholm College or university. In 1999, Andersson became the Rector (Chief executive) of Hyperlinköping College or university, Sweden, where he offered before end of 2003. From 2004 to 2007, he led the Western european Science Foundation in Strasbourg, France, as its LEADER. From April 2007 to June 2011, Andersson served as Provost of NTU in Singapore. Having strengthened NTU’s status among the fastest-growing research-intensive colleges in the globe, he was appointed Chief executive of NTU on 1 July 2011.
